Order Cancellation & Modifications
We are unable to accept any cancellations and/or modifications to orders after they have been placed since they go straight to processing by our warehouse.
Returns
We have a 30-day return/refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund. To be eligible for a return, you must show the product in it's exact form as received with tags and a receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damage & Issues
If you received a damaged product, you're eligible for a refund/reissue. Take photographs of the product damage. Send evidence to contact@monalur.com for processing. Once the decision has been made, we will contact you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photographs, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
